If you are not already familiar, I believe you need to contact and get to know the people of Bethlehem Bible College. Too many Christians have fallen for bad theology to support the nation of Israel without question. And it is wrong. I hope you will seek out the people of the Bethlehem Bible College.

Wow is this ever correct. I was regaled with dramatic propaganda regarding Zionism & the need for an Israeli state as a child. This dogma is still rampant in mainstream “Christian” churches today and needs to be confronted with truth. Mega televangelists like John Hagee out of Texas promote this theme big time and suck the wallets of well meaning church-goers for a false agenda. This conversational thread needs to be continued.

    Dear Mr. Peled,

My name is Dana Zolkina, I am a producer at the Voice of Russia World Service, Moscow. My colleagues from our Washington bureau have kindly recommended me to contact you. Hope you don’t mind.

We discuss in our live program the kidnapping of three Israeli students – Eyal Yifrach, 19, Gilad Shaar, 16 and Naftali Frenkel, 16, which disappeared on Thursday night in the West Bank. A Facebook group started the day after the teenagers disappeared, calling on people to “eliminate” anyone referred to as terrorists every hour until the teenagers are found while Israeli troops have conducted predawn raids and detained at least 240 Palestinians, most of them members of Hamas. The troops have shut down Hamas radio stations, confiscated the group’s cash, captured its weapons and jailed its top-tier political leaders across the West Bank. Israeli military commanders describe it as one of the most aggressive operations against Hamas in the territory in the past decade. Israel this week also deployed three combat brigades to the West Bank, supplementing the six already there.

Could we please ask you to share your opinion with us (5-8 min) about this over the phone at any time which would be convenient for you? I will be happy to send you questions for the interview.

Thank you so much in advance,
Looking forward to hearing from you,

    Hi Miko,

The Israeli Palestinian conflict can easily be understood when reduced to its core fundamentals. It simply consists of two groups of people, each fighting for its own survival on a given common small piece of land, by trying to knock out the other. It’s not an issue of “right” vs. “wrong”, or of any “historical justice” of any kind. It’s just a matter of survival, of being dead vs. staying alive. That’s all.

I am afraid that any attempt to reconcile the conflicting interests of these two groups is bound to fail, because each sees the other as an existential threat.

Luckily for the Israeli group, they are currently the winning side, and their survival instincts drive them to do whatever it takes to maintain their survival advantage, for if the situation was reversed, the Israelis would have long been slaughtered by the Palestinian group. As you well know, the survival struggles of the Jews extend way beyond this relatively young Palestinian conflict. Through history, Jews were persecuted and slaughtered almost everywhere they lived.

So, it’s a very basic survival struggle for both sides, and there are no “good guys” and “bad guys” in this conflict. There are only “alive guys” and “dead guys”. It’s not a “nice” struggle, it’s not “politically correct”, and it’s not “fair” either. It’s just an ugly struggle to survive in a very tough neighborhood called “The Middle East”. A neighborhood in which you either achieve dominance or die.

On which side would you want to be…?

I just saw you in the video “An honest Israeli Jew tells the Real Truth about Israel” on Youtube. I got to see it because it is one of the most viewed on the topic of Israel. It has been viewed 1.7 million times. I also think Israel has to be criticised for parts of its politics, although I’m pro-Israeli in that I believe in a two state solution etc. But then I look at who posted your video and see it’s “Muslims and the World”. Among the other videos they have posted are videos about that they are against democracy, they say almost all paedophiles are freemasons, they say Israel was responsible for the 7/7 terror bombs in London etc. Can’t you see that you are being used by people who just want to hurt Israel and the jews, the western culture, values of democracy/human rights?

    Greetings from India.

I am Shrinivas Dharmadhikari from India. I am your great fan and draw inspiration from your work AND secular views. The purpose of this message is the following:

As you are already aware we have in India a right wing party in power with Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, heading the Government.

In today’s newspaper, there is headline news that Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India plans to visit Israel and Palestine. This will be the first Indian prime minister visiting Israel which is epoch of incremental shift in Indians foreign policy under American influence.

In our (me & few of my colleagues) opinion India’s prime minister should not visit Israel which will not only be a major foreign policy compromise but also provide approval to the newly elected extremist Likud party government of Mr. Netanyahu.

As a democratic means of opposition, we wish to start petition campaign and hope to get it endorsed by distinguished persons and average Indians.

This is to request you to provide your endorsement to the proposed petition. Obviously we will first share the draft of petition and you may suggest changes/corrections which we value most.

However do let us know subject to such situation will you be willing to endorse the petition. My Email ID is

    Await your response.

    Warm Regards,

Mr. Peled, I began reading this book on my radio program last Saturday (Free Radio Santa Cruz, streaming on, 101.3 in Santa Cruz California). A low power, pirate radio service but at least it’s getting out there. Will take up where I left off in chapter two this weekend, 11:00 am PST. Chapter one is available in my archives at

It joins the list of my previous readings of other outstanding works — “Goliath” by M. Blumenthal, “They Dare to Speak Out” by Congressman P. Findley, “Witness In Palestine” by A. Baltzer, et al.

Saw your presentation in Santa Cruz in the Fall of 2012, RCNV when I purchased the book; love your videoed interviews and talks. I’m the guy who texted you a while back about the YouTube filth which denied that there was ever a massacre in Deir Yasin — any developments on that front ?

    Thanks so much, Ren

Miko Peled, greetings sir, I know you are a busy person but I am leaving a comment here in hopes of receiving a reply via my email. ( I am looking for connections to the right people where I may be of use or contribute to the work of informing the American public of the reality of the situation in Palestine and how peace may be achieved if equal rights are afforded towards the Palestinians, and a new secular democratic government that represents all ethnic groups in greater Israel is established. I believe that to achieve this goal we must first change public opinion in America regarding their support for the Zionist state. I feel Congress and other political leaders will continue to support Israel and protect Israel from international pressure in the UN. Public opinion will need to shift and then those in office may apply pressure or perhaps withdrawal support altogether if Israel continues to deny the basic human rights of the Palestinian population. Then change would be possible. So with that said I request that you forward my email to those that may benefit, or to whom I may contribute towards achieving this goal. Or if you can provide me with contact info of such groups or individuals and I will connect with them. I have some ideas of how to inform the public. And get the American people talking about the issue. I hope to be able to stay in touch with you as well if possible. This is something I am passionate about and I am tired of merely arguing with Zionists on social media, and really want to facilitate change. Thank you for taking time to read and I will be checking my emails from here on out.
    Thank you. R.M.
